I have a fun technique card to share today using products from Taylored Expressions. I used the Faux Pressed Flowers technique but adapted it to make a snowflake card.
I started out with a crumpled ball of white wrapping tissue.
I tapping an ink pad onto the paper plate and adding some water (Ranger Distress Peacock Feathers) to the ink.
I dipped my tissue into the wet ink until everything was covered. I left some of the areas lighter.
After the tissue was dry (make sure it’s totally dry!) I die cut the snowflakes. Snowflake die is from the Mitten Garland set.
Apply the tissue snowflakes carefully to your card.
Emboss the card with Folder – Winter Flurry embossing folder.
Die cut the phrase twice (I used Sugar Cube and Oreo). Stack the layers and attach to card. Die is from the Mitten Garland set.
