I have a card today to share using dies from Sizzix.
Check out this pretty die/embossing set (Texture Fades Tree Rings). You die cut first. I used a woody looking cardstock.
I added a little ink on the edges.
Then I embossed Wowza!!!

Happy Tuesday!
It seems like everyone in my Facebook feed is waiting for April the giraffe to have her new baby. If you haven’t seen the live feed you can see it here. I thought to myself this would be a perfect time to use my Designer Giraffe Craft Stamp by Karmabee from Simply Stamps. Love the fun zentangled design in the giraffes!
I started by stamping my giraffes onto a post-it note (I used a couple and glued them together so I would have the sticky at both the head and feet areas.
I used a pair of scissors to cut out my image creating a mask.
I stamped the image onto a piece of white cardstock with black ink.
Next I carefully covered the image with my giraffe mask.
I placed my stencil (Polka from Brutus Monroe) over my image and sponged ink (Ranger Distress Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers) and then repositioned the stencil and sponged on a layer of Twisted Citron.
I removed the mask and added a little coloring to the giraffes with markers (Zig Clean Color). I used my Happy Everything stamp – this is a Custom One Line stamp from Simply Stamps. Have you ever wanted a special phrase and couldn’t find it anywhere? Simply Stamps has your problem solved.
I hope you enjoyed my project!!!
Have a great day! Jeanne
