Outlines has lots of fun border stamps! I chose E-555 Dot Strip for my border, flowers- H-1021 Oval Posy X-Lg.,G-1022 Oval Posy Lg. , E-1023 Oval Posy Med , D-1024 Oval Posy Sm. and F-1049 Posy Greeting Center for my sentiment on my card today. I added a Clear Size 20 Swarovski Crystal to the flower center.
I colored the flowers with Touch Twin markers.
