I stamped two flowers and leaves (Elegant Asters stamp set and Elegant Asters die set ) with Picket Fence Black Hybrid Ink on my Mini MISTI. I watercolored the background and flowers. I stamped the 3rd flower, watercolored and cut it out with scissors and applied it on top. The edges were distressed with a Life Changing Blender Brush and Peacock Feather ink. I added Nuvo Drops (Copper Penny) to the flower centers.
To create the background on my next card I used Life Changing Blender Brushes along with Peacock Feathers and Twisted Citron Oxide inks. I masked a pattern with Frog tape and blended color onto each section. I then took a little piece of sand paper and distressed the paper by rubbing bits of the inked paper here and there. Next I used my Mini MIST to stamp the butterfly with Picket Fence Black Hybrid Ink, watercoloring and then die cutting using the matching die (Elegant Asters stamp set and Elegant Asters die set) and the Hello die.
