JustRite Guest Designer Day 3!

I couldn’t leave my Guest Spot at JustRite without some coloring! So today I did some mixing and matching of sets. One of the things I love about JustRite stamps is that all the sets work together so well.

For my first card I used a combination of JB-09840 Bird House and JB-09880 A Warm Hello.

I stamped a fun little piece of matching background paper with a border from JB-09880 A Warm Hello in Memento Bamboo Leaves ink and a flower stamp from CL- 02085 Fancy Labels in Memento Sweet Plum ink. I stamped a border and image from the Bird House set and a border & sentiment from A Warm Hello with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I didn’t have a paper that was the right match for the mats for my image and sentiment so I swiped some white cardstock with Memento Sweet Plum ink. I colored the images and borders with Copic markers (E25, E31, E35, Bg10, V15, Y35, W3, YG13) and trimmed them leaving a small border and assembled my card. I fished my card with a Memento Sweet Plum dyed to match Seam Binding bow and twine.

My next card uses a combination of JB-09260 Mother Nature’s Gifts, CL-02085 Fancy Labels and JB-09880 A Warm Hello.

I stamped the frame from Fancy Labels with Memento Bamboo Leaves ink and cut with a Labels Thirteen die. I sponged the edges with Memento Rich Cocoa ink. The flower from Mother Nature’s Gifts was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic markers ( E02, YR16, R29, R87). I cut the flower out and popped it up on foam tape. I added a little Sunshine Yellow Flower Soft to the flower center. The sentiment from A Warm Hello was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
