This is my card for the MIX8 Mixability Challenge on Splitcoast.
The challenge is to tear strips of patterned papers and create a background for your card with them. Then add ink or paint to tie them all together.
I had a bunch of scraps of papers from The Paper Loft ( Everyday Life & In The Zone) so I went about tearing strips that fit on a square of cardstock. I added some Gesso and then finished it off with some scribbles with Faber-Castell/Design Memory Craft Gelatos (Butterscotch & Chocolate).
The Flower Soft girls are showing off a new line of stamps this week. I’m using the Fabulous Shoes 1 set for my card.
