I stamped two flowers and leaves (Elegant Asters stamp set\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0Elegant Asters die set<\/a>\u00a0<\/a>) with\u00a0Picket Fence Black Hybrid Ink\u00a0<\/a>on my\u00a0Mini MIST<\/a>I. I watercolored the background and flowers. I stamped the 3rd flower, watercolored and cut it out with scissors and applied it on top. The edges were distressed with a Life Changing Blender Brush<\/a>\u00a0and Peacock Feather<\/a>\u00a0ink. I\u00a0added\u00a0Nuvo Drops (Copper Penny)<\/a>\u00a0to the flower centers.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

To create the background on my next card I used\u00a0Life Changing Blender Brushe<\/a>s along with\u00a0Peacock Feathers<\/a> and Twisted Citron<\/a>\u00a0Oxide inks. I masked a pattern with\u00a0Frog tape<\/a>\u00a0and blended color onto each section. I then took a little piece of sand paper and distressed the paper by rubbing bits of the inked paper here and there. Next I used my\u00a0Mini MIST<\/a>\u00a0to stamp the butterfly with\u00a0Picket Fence Black Hybrid Ink<\/a>, watercoloring and then die cutting using the matching die (Elegant Asters stamp set\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0Elegant Asters die set)\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0<\/a>and the Hello die<\/a>.<\/p>\n
