Color Burst Stenciled Christmas Cards

I made my cards using the Hometown Christmas 2 Clear Stamp Set and Alizarin Crimson, Merlot and Lemon Yellow Color Burst. I used a stencil from Stampin’ Up! See links below for products.

I created my backgrounds by placing  stencil over watercolor paper, sprinkling Alizarin Crimson, Merlot and Lemon Yellow Color Burst and then misting lightly with water. I lifted the stencil and then placed a piece if watercolor paper on top of the wet stencil to get a reverse print. Fun!
