My card for this week’s SCS Mix-Ability Challenge (MIX116 Fill It In – stamp an image leaving an open space and doodling something) using stamps from Taylored Expressions and Chalk It Up paints from Earth Safe Finishes.
I was playing around with new paints and mediums and discovered if I painted Earth Safe Finished Crackle Medium directly on white cardstock and then a coat of Chalk It Up paint I ended up with this very cool wood look (I used Cherry Jubilee for the background and Milk Chocolate brown panels). I used the same paint thinned to watercolor the dog. The little red flower was my doodled add on for the Mix-Ability challenge.
