Birthday Wishes Jeanne_Streiff

To make my background I stamped G16165 Lg. Boxwood Stem in green ink (with my Mini MISTI) over a panel of sparkle paper that I colored with Color Burst (Terra Verde and Ultramarine Blue).

1 Birthday Wishes Jeanne_StreiffI misted the image with water to give it a little more of a surreal look.

2 Birthday Wishes Jeanne_Streiff

I used a piece of white cardstock for my sentiment panel. I used the same image (G16165 Lg. Boxwood Stem) and stamped off once before stamping on the panel to lighten the color. I stamped the sentiment (MC664 Happy Clear Set)  and then added the Wishes die cut. I lined up my sentiment panel with my background panel so they would be all matchy matchy.

4 Birthday Wishes Jeanne_Streiff

I used Perfect Layers Mini set and Perfect Cutting Mat along with my Ken Oliver Crafts Tool it All to create my layers on my card.
