Think Pink Christmas

It’s never to early to start thinking about Christmas cards! The girls over at Christmas Stamping All Year Long want to help you get inspired with some challenges!

You can see this week’s cards —> HERE

This week’s challenge (CSAYL #42) is to make a PINK card.

I used Clearsnap Chalk inks for today’s cards. I stamped the sleigh image and the cut it out with a Scallop Oval Nestabilities die. I used the tip of the snowflake (the same snowflake I used for the side border) to create the border on the scallop. I added some Polar White Flower for a little added texture.

Fuzzy Hello!

Today’s Flower Soft challenge is Say it with Flower Soft!

Here’s what I came up with:

jmsfs-hello.jpg

I wrote the Hello with Flower Soft glue. It has a fine tip which works perfectly for writing. I sprinkled Summer Mix Flower Soft over the glue. The image is a pre-colored “topper” which is perfect for a quick card. I added Sage Ultra Fine Flower Soft to the corner and pot (and under the pot), then I added just a bit of Lemon, Summer Mix and Pale Green Flower Soft to add even more texture.

Here’s a close up of the pot:
